If your loved one died with a fully executed and valid Will, and named you as executor, then the Probate process is very streamlined, and Mr. Dalrymple offers various flat fees for different levels of assistance to the executor, verses the typical hourly attorney fees arrangements that can quickly add up for every phone call or email. If the decedent has passed without a Will, then the process can be slightly more complicated, but is still largely streamlined and flat fees are still available.
